Add User to Merchant Portal


This article describes how to add a new user to the JumpQ Merchant Portal under your existing merchant account.
Note: New users can only be created for existing merchants by users with 'SUPERUSER' permissions.


  1. Navigate to the Add User page (
  2. Enter the required details for the new user (name, email, etc.) and select the relevant permission level for them (BASIC, ADMIN, SUPERUSER).
  3. Click ‘Create’
The user will then be created and an activation email will be sent to them.
